These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Rize Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Rize Labs", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. They cover the website only. If you later use a payment service, that will be under a separate written agreement.

Pleny is in early access

We're onboarding a small group of facilitators first. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide a service, a quote, or a promise that we'll accept you as a customer. Descriptions of how the service works may change before it's generally available.

We're not a bank

Pleny is not a bank and doesn't hold customer funds. Payment services are provided by licensed partners under their own terms, which you'll agree with them directly when you onboard. Pleny sends payment instructions and tracks payments.

No guaranteed times or rates

We don't guarantee settlement times, exchange rates or fees until they've been agreed with you in writing. Any example on this site is an illustration, not a commitment.

Not advice

Content on this site, including what we say about GST and tax, is general information. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice. Check with your CA or adviser before acting on it.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to systems you shouldn't, or submit someone else's details through the form.

Intellectual property

The Pleny name, the site's design, text and graphics belong to Rize Labs or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, but you may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission. Other companies' names and logos on this site belong to their owners and are used only to say where our team has worked.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law and courts
